Job Description

About Position:

We are looking for a Junior D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with hands‑on X++ development experience to support ERP implementation, customization, and enhancement projects. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals who want to build strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O while working alongside senior developers, functional consultants, and project teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in development and customization of D365 F&O using X++
  • Support implementation activities across design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Develop and modify forms, tables, classes, reports, and workflows
  • Assist with unit testing, bug fixing, and performance tuning
  • Support data migration tasks including DMF mappings and validations
  • Work on integrations and batch jobs under guidance from senior team members
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements
  • Follow Microsoft best practices and coding standards
  • Support post‑deployment activities including UAT fixes and production support
  • Maintain technical documentation and version control using Azure DevOps

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as a D365 F&O / AX Developer
  • Strong foundation in X++ programming
  • Basic understanding of D365 F&O architecture
  • Experience with: Forms, Tables, Classes
  • Extensions framework
  • Reports (SSRS)
  • Data entities and DMF
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of ERP concepts related to Finance or Supply Chain
  • Exposure to LCS, builds, and deployment processes is a plus
  • Good analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment
