About Position:
The Functional Architect / Lead will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role requires deep functional expertise to understand business requirements, create effective functional designs, and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution deployment. The position also involves providing expert guidance to clients, managing delivery timelines, and contributing to the development of best practices and standards for the Dynamics 365 platform.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet defined business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional designs and solution documentation.
- Provide functional guidance and ongoing support to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of D365 solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and knowledgetransfer activities to support system adoption.
- Act as a subjectmatter expert and provide advisory support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage functional deliverables and support project timelines to ensure ontime delivery.
- Contribute to defining, documenting, and improving standards and best practices for the D365 platform.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and functionality.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and related database technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for development and work management.
- Experience in project management and team leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder and client interactions.
- Knowledge of financial systems and business processes.
- Familiarity with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, PowerApps, and other Power Platform tools.
