As a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant in EY, you will use your Finance knowledge to devise strategy to transform our client's Finance business. Your consulting skills, business process knowledge, and other methodologies and tools will be harnessed in delivering resolutions to real world accounting problems. You will also drive highly capable and scalable solutions on Dynamics D365 Platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Functional Implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance modules which include but not restricted to, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, and Tax.
- Participating in Functional design and translating Business requirement to functional flows within D365 for Finance modules.
- Participate in the management of the ERP system life cycle, including performing analysis (where applicable), driving software architecture and design, development, integration, and unit testing for major, minor and maintenance releases
- Ability to analyze and determine how D365 Finance can best meet client s requirements and objectives
- Create, refine, and implement Functional design and industry best practices
- Maintain / Develop functional flows for various application integration with third party and legacy/back-end systems
- Excellent functional documentation skills, may assist in providing client support and consultation and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions at client sites
- Provide functional direction regarding solution design and development
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 releases to leverage new features and improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Collaborate with other architects and functional consultants/Technical consultants to form best practices.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business & technical teams internally along with partners and suppliers/vendors externally
- Provide supervision and direction to consultants (May assume project management responsibilities as required)
- Provide post-implementation support to resolve any issues or user queries.
- Provide status reports showing progress in clear and concise manner.
