D365 (F & O) and/or Power platform specialists with JLPT (N3/N2)

This is a full-time, remote role for a D365 (F & O) and/or Power Platform Specialist with Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 or N2 level. The specialist will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and/or Power Platform solutions. Specific responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, customizing system functionalities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting application lifecycle management. The individual will also engage with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and/or Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience in system configuration, customization, implementation, and troubleshooting for business applications.
• Strong understanding of business processes across domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N3 or N2 level for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
