About Position
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance Consultant to drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of finance modules within the D365 ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to successful digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash & Bank Management, and Budgeting/Cost Accounting.
- Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O solutions in alignment with business needs and Microsoft best practices.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements for better efficiency and compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
- Provide post-implementation support, user training, and troubleshooting for finance modules.
Expertise You'll Bring
- Strong functional expertise in D365 F&O Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank).
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance standards.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
- Ability to create detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support technical teams.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies, tools, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into system solutions.
