About the Role
Pumex Computing LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 57 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM/D365 CE development. The ideal candidate is strong in C# plugin development, has experience supporting cloud migration efforts, and can collaborate closely with a senior Dynamics Architect on a high-visibility enterprise project.
This role involves building and enhancing CRM solutions, integrating with Azure services, contributing to data migration activities, and supporting a US-based client. Strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.
- Build and maintain C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and business logic.
- Support and execute data migration activities to the cloud using SQL, Dynamics Data Tools, and related technologies.
- Work closely with a senior Dynamics Architect to understand functional/technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
- Participate in sprint planning, solution design, documentation, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including a US-based client team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 57 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CE.
- Strong C# skills, especially in plugin development and custom workflow activities.
- Working experience with JavaScript, customizations, workflows, and configuration.
- Solid SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting, data modeling).
- Experience contributing to data migration efforts into D365 or cloud-based environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work until 2 PM EST to collaborate with US stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for D365 deployments.
- Experience working with certification, membership, or similar data models (helpful but not required).
