Job Description

As D2C Website Growth Manager at Earthful, you will own the end-to-end paid revenue engine for our website. Your mandate is clear: acquire the right customers at the right cost, and ensure the website converts them efficiently. You will manage performance marketing across Meta and Google, and drive conversion rate optimisation across the entire website funnel.

This role is purely website-focused, your world is paid acquisition and on-site conversion.

Location: Full-time, On-site - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, including search, shopping, display, and video, with a relentless focus on RoAS and CAC.
  • Analyse website traffic, funnel drop-offs, and user behaviour using Google Analytics to identify conversion leaks and prioritise CRO interventions.
  • Run structured A/B tests across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
  • Monitor campaign and funnel performance daily; build dashboards and reports that surface actionable signals and not just numbers.
  • Work closely with the creative and brand team to brief performance-oriented ad creatives, and iterate rapidly based on what the data tells you.
  • Manage budgets with precision, allocating spend across channels and campaigns to maximise revenue output within CAC thresholds.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, bidding strategies, and audience targeting tools; bring new levers to the table before they become obvious.

Skill Set:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, with experience in a digital agency and hands-on ownership of B2C or D2C campaigns.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics — you have lived inside these platforms, not just observed them.
  • Strong analytical ability with comfort in Excel — you can slice data, build models, and extract insights without needing someone to do it for you.
  • High bias to action - you move fast, test often, and do not wait for perfect information before making a call.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation - funnel analysis, A/B testing, and user behaviour tools (Hotjar, Clarity, or similar) are a plus.
  • High Ownership mentality - you treat the P&L like your own and hold yourself accountable to revenue outcomes, not just campaign metrics.
