Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven D2C / Shopify Operations Executive to manage and scale our direct-to-consumer business. The role focuses on reducing RTO, improving conversions, protecting ROAS, and increasing realized revenue through strong execution and daily monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Shopify store operations
- Reduce RTO through COD verification, WhatsApp confirmations & prepaid nudges
- Handle abandoned cart recovery via WhatsApp, email & calls
- Manage performance marketing to maintain ROAS 4.5
- Improve conversion rate & AOV using offers, bundles & upsells
- Manage customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram & website chat
- Track daily metrics: orders, RTO, ROAS, prepaid %, revenue realized
- Ensure smooth order processing, returns & customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily & weekly performance reports

Skills Required
- Strong experience with Shopify backend
- Knowledge of D2C funnels, COD management & RTO control
- Hands-on with WhatsApp commerce & cart recovery
- Data-driven mindset with Excel / Google Sheets
- Customer handling & communication skills
- Ability to work with targets & incentives
