We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own the strategy, scaling, and creative engine behind paid traffic.

This is not a media buyer role. It is a hybrid operator-strategist seat for someone who can think creatives, read data deeply, and use AI tooling to operate at multiples of normal speed.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end Meta and Google performance marketing driving traffic and revenue
  • Coordination with the in-house content team (video editors and designers)
  • Weekly creative testing cadence, evaluation frameworks, and winner identification
  • Campaign architecture decisions: CBO vs ABO structures, Advantage+ deployment, audience strategy
  • ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin reporting, accounting for our COD-heavy order mix and RTO reality
  • AI workflow ownership — building and running Claude Projects, custom GPTs, and automation flows that compress execution time
  • Festival campaign planning across Navratri, Diwali, and other category-critical windows
  • Identifying new channel and audience opportunities beyond Meta and Google

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least a year managing monthly spends of ₹50L or above
  • Demonstrable experience scaling D2C brands meaningfully through Meta and Google
  • Fluency in reading Meta Ads Manager beyond surface metrics: hook rate, thumb-stop, CPM movement, ATC%, frequency decay
  • Experience with COD-heavy categories and a working understanding of how RTO, prepaid mix, and settlement cycles affect true campaign profitability
  • Active daily use of AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, custom projects, video AI tools — as part of your workflow, not as a novelty
  • Comfort managing creative talent and running structured feedback loops with editors and designers
  • A point of view on Indian D2C, Indian consumer behavior, and creative that travels in this market

CTC: ₹8–24 LPA (basis experience and depth)

Bonus

  • Prior experience in devotional, wellness, beauty, fragrance, or culturally-rooted Indian categories
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps Script, basic JavaScript, or no-code automation tools
  • Experience building organic-to-paid feedback loops
