Responsibilities:
• Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, and Google.
• Track and report key metrics: CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, repeat purchase.
• Help identify opportunities to improve funnel performance and growth.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Assist in writing and reviewing creative copy for ads, website, and emails.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Execute CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Support customer lifecycle journeys and retention initiatives.
• Assist in managing order flows, inventory tracking, and fulfillment
• Support demand forecasting and stock planning
• Support new product launches and go-to-market execution
• Track product performance and customer feedback
• Create regular performance reports across marketing and operations
• Identify day-to-day operational or marketing issues and resolve them quickly
Good to have:
• 1–3 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or a startup environment
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, e-commerce metrics, and funnels
• Comfortable working across marketing, operations, and product
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced setup
