Role Overview
The D2C Performance Executive will drive scalable growth for the brand's direct‑to‑consumer business by managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This role blends brand-side ownership with hands‑on execution experience, leveraging strong analytics, funnel optimization, and continuous experimentation to improve acquisition efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) platforms.
- Work on the brand side, applying best practices gained from brand and/or agency environments to deliver consistent growth.
- Own end‑to‑end funnel performance, including tracking, attribution, and optimization across customer touchpoints.
- Drive CAC efficiency and ROAS improvement through budget management, audience segmentation, creative testing, and bidding strategies.
- Set up and monitor analytics and performance dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of conversions, events, and funnels.
- Lead continuous experimentation—A/B testing creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers to unlock scalable performance improvements.
- Partner closely with creative, tech, and CRO teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommend optimizations for acquisition and retention.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in D2C performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media.
- Strong execution experience on Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Experience working in brand-side or agency environments with measurable impact on growth metrics.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance, and scale campaigns profitably.
