D2C & Growth Marketing Manager - Leadership Role with competitive salaries & high ESOP's

About the Job
Own the end-to-end customer experience, acquisition and conversion funnel for www.eatbetterco.com. You will work on providing best-in-class D2C customer experience & own the P&L for this channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Product Roadmap for the D2C Website: Prioritize features and improvements based on data, customer insights, and business needs.
- Own Tech Deployment: Work with developers at tech agency and/or in-house team to ship out new and existing features, and manage integrations across the e-commerce funnel.
- Own Website Performance: Ensure a mobile-first, fast-loading experience across devices while maintaining overall stability of the product and growing traffic.
- Own Customer Journey & UX: Continuously improve website usability by analyzing heatmaps, user flows, and session recordings.
- Collaborate with growth and performance marketing teams to improve landing pages, reduce bounce rate, and increase conversion rate.
- Outside In Knowledge: Keep up with what's new in e-commerce best practices, competition benchmarking, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualification
Must Have
- Familiarity with e-commerce tech stacks such as Shopify.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices for e-commerce.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to work with Shopify apps & familiarity with the platform is a must.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to do deep thinking independently and to do execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- A good understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
