From import and distribution to eCommerce, performance marketing, and after-sales support, we handle the full stack. Our job is to make sure great global products reach Indian consumers the right way with the right brand experience, the right price, and the right support.

What You'll D

  • Own revenue and growth targets for the D2C channel - traffic, conversion, retention, AO
  • Identify gaps in the funnel and fix them: drop-offs, pricing, UX, catalogue, campaign
  • Spot new business opportunities - bundles, categories, customer segments, market whitespace
  • Build relationships with key partners, agencies, and platform teams to drive better outcome
  • Work closely with marketing, ops, category, and CX teams to execute without friction
  • Use data to make decisions - sales trends, customer behavior, cohort analysis, campaign performance
  • Drive repeat purchase through CRM: Email, WhatsApp, loyalty, post-purchase journey
  • Own new product go-to-market on D2C - launch planning, content, pricing, performance tracking
  • Keep the day-to-day running smoothly while staying focused on what moves the needle

What we are looking for

  • 5–8 years in D2C, eCommerce, or consumer-facing growth roles
  • You've owned a number and hit it - not just supported someone who did
  • Strong with data: comfortable in GA4, Excel/Sheets, and eCommerce dashboards
  • You understand the full customer journey - from first click to repeat order
  • Fast-moving, low-ego, high-ownership - you figure things out and get them done
  • Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or premium brands is a plus
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
