D2C Lead (Meta-Focused)

With a diverse portfolio spanning skincare, perfumes, cosmetics, haircare, wellness supplements, and beverages, the company meets a wide range of customer needs under brands like Bellavita, GNC, BetterAlt, ThriveCo, Bevzilla, and Guardian Pharmacy. Bellavita is a global leader in fragrances, while GNC and BetterAlt focus on health and wellness. ThriveCo offers evidence-based skincare and haircare products, and Bevzilla specializes in on-the-go beverages. Guardian Pharmacy supports wellness through a widespread offline retail presence in India.

We are seeking a D2C Lead with a focus on Meta platforms. In this full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon, the candidate will manage and optimize direct-to-consumer digital campaigns on Meta platforms. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, executing campaigns, analyzing metrics to drive performance, and staying updated on platform changes to maximize customer reach and engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure consistency with the brand's objectives and market position.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing with a focus on Meta platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
• Experience in data analysis and reporting to refine marketing strategies and improve performance metrics.
• Proficiency in campaign management, audience targeting, and optimization for D2C initiatives.
• Strong project management and team collaboration skills to drive results across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
