We're looking for a hands-on D2C Growth & Operations Manager to work closely with the founder and take ownership of the day-to-day running and scaling of our D2C business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in execution, understands how D2C businesses operate end-to-end, and is excited about building strong systems while unlocking new growth channels.
What You'll OwnOperations & Fulfilment
- End-to-end ownership of warehouse operations, order processing, shipping, and customer experience alignment
- Improving fulfilment efficiency, reducing errors, and strengthening operational SOPs
- Working closely with ops and support teams to ensure smooth daily execution
D2C Website Growth
- Improving website performance across conversion rate, funnel flow, AOV, and checkout experience
- Identifying bottlenecks in the D2C journey and working cross-functionally to solve them
- Supporting campaigns from an execution and readiness perspective to ensure scale without friction
New Sales Channels
- Identifying, launching, and scaling new sales channels such as:
- Marketplaces
- WhatsApp commerce
- Quick commerce pilots
- Offline or experimental channels
- Setting up processes, reporting, and operational readiness for each new channel
MIS, Reporting & Business Metrics
- Ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS
- Tracking revenue, operational metrics, fulfilment KPIs, and channel performance
- Building dashboards that enable faster, data-backed decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working in D2C or digital-first consumer brands
- Strong execution mindset with comfort across operations, growth, and numbers
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and bring structure to fast-growing businesses
- Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
- High ownership, accountability, and bias toward action
