What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive growth across D2C sales channels through strategic planning and execution
  • Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and growth avenues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to improve conversions
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, category, and customer experience teams for seamless execution
  • Analyze business data and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop initiatives to improve customer retention, engagement, and overall buying experience
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of D2C business operations
  • Stay updated with emerging D2C trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices
  • Contribute towards building scalable and sustainable business processes

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience in sales, business development, or growth-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and consumer behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strategic thinker with ownership and execution capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in D2C, retail, or consumer-focused businesses is preferred
