  • Own P&L and scale D2C growth through performance marketing

Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end D2C P&L growth and revenue topline and bottomline targets
  • Lead performance marketing and media buying across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and emerging platforms
  • Manage large paid‑media budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and cohort performance
  • Develop and optimise full‑funnel strategies covering acquisition, retention, and repeat growth
  • Drive experimentation across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and conversion pathways
  • Partner with creative, content, product, and tech teams to improve conversion and engagement
  • Track and report performance using dashboards, attribution tools, and analytics platforms
  • Stay on top of digital trends, attribution changes, and platform algorithm updates

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-12 years of experience in D2C or digital‑first consumer brands
  • Strong, hands‑on expertise in performance marketing and paid media buying
  • Proven success in scaling online revenue with disciplined unit economics
  • Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, experimentation, and growth metrics
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution‑level ownership
  • Experience in baby care, FMCG, or lifestyle categories is a plus
