About the role
This role leads the planning and execution of the app and web tech roadmap to elevate the D2C customer experience and drive business growth. It blends product thinking, user understanding, analytics, and crossfunctional execution to ensure a seamless, highperforming digital journey across the app and website.
What you'll do
- Drive the shortterm and longterm app/web tech roadmap and partner with tech teams to deliver timely enhancements.
- Identify user pain points through multiple stakeholder connects and design highimpact solutions backed by measurable business outcomes.
- Build, launch, and drive adoption of features that strengthen customer LTV and improve D2C scale.
- Implement tech interventions to enhance onsite experience, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze key performance metrics, build dashboards, and support optimization through insights and A/B testing.
- Conduct bug testing and ensure timely resolution to maintain a seamless app experience.
What we're looking for
- Strong understanding of D2C digital journeys, conversion funnels, and consumer behaviour.
- Experience working with product, tech, and analytics teams to deliver feature enhancements.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable solutions with measurable business impact.
- Strong problemsolving skills, data orientation, and comfort with dashboards/analytics tools. Knowledge of GA4, SQL, Power BI, Tableau and other analytics tools will be a ++
- Detailoriented mindset with the ability to drive timely execution and ensure platform stability.
