D2C Finance Manager (E-Commerce/ Home Decor) - Reconciliations

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the MIS structure across the organization.

Deliver timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports.

Build dashboards for revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, inventory & working capital.

Own channel-wise revenue reporting (website, Amazon, quick-commerce, marketplaces, offline).

Lead reconciliations (payments, returns, commissions, GST, TCS, settlements).

Build structured expense classification and cost frameworks.

Track operating expenses, marketing spends, overheads, and variances.

Implement inventory MIS (weekly & monthly).

Oversee stock valuation, costing, ageing & reconciliations.

Ensure accurate procurement-to-warehouse-to-sale visibility.

Implement checks, controls, and documentation across finance processes.

Strengthen working capital visibility across cash, stock, receivables, and payables.

Build scalable SOPs across all finance workflows.

Identify automation opportunities (Tally, API integrations, Sheets automation, dashboards).

Lead and manage the existing finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

Good to have:

CA Inter / MBA Finance / Semi-qualified CA / B. Com with strong reporting and MIS experience.

48 years of experience in finance operations, reporting, or controllership roles.

Strong command over Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, reconciliations.

Experience in D2C, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG is preferred.

Proven team management skills.

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
