D2C ECOMMERCE WAREHOUSE MANAGER (2 YEAR BOND MANDATORY)

About The Opportunity

A dynamic and scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce company in India is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations. We operate at the intersection of technology, speed, and customer experience—building agile, tech-enabled supply chains that deliver exceptional service across Tier 1 to Tier 3 cities. This role is critical to scaling our fulfillment backend while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency under high-pressure volume cycles.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, and dispatch for D2C orders.
• Implement and enforce SOPs for safety, quality, and efficiency — reducing error rates, improving turnaround time, and optimizing labor utilization.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors and associates, driving accountability, productivity, and culture through KPI-based monitoring.
• Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless handoff to last-mile carriers and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms to track inventory accuracy, report discrepancies, and forecast capacity needs.
• Drive automation readiness and continuous process improvement initiatives to reduce manual handling and scale operations sustainably.
