You'll help startups create bold go-to-market plans, optimize acquisition funnels, build loyalty through community and CX, and define a compelling brand narrative in saturated markets.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate early-stage consumer startups as part of the selection committee.

• Identify key growth bottlenecks and build tailored roadmaps.

• Offer strategic mentorship on unit economics, fulfillment, pricing, and brand positioning.

• Provide hands-on guidance to 23 startups, supporting them week-over-week.

• Run tactical workshops on performance marketing, customer retention, and channel strategy.
