Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and administration of Atlassian instances.
- Oversee Jira and Confluence management, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Atlassian tools.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Atlassian administration and engineering.
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
