D&T Project Manager

Role Overview

The D&T Project Manager will support Global Digital Transformation initiatives by managing projects or product teams. The role focuses on delivering high-value outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects/product teams to achieve defined outcomes.

• Manage project timelines, milestones, scope, and budgets.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).

• Track progress, prioritize deliverables, and ensure maximum value delivery.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and business disruptions.

• Maintain clear project status communication with stakeholders and leadership.

• Build strong collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.

• Remove blockers and act as a servant leader to support the team.

• Encourage continuous improvement and Agile practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (mandatory).

• 7-10 years of experience in project management.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and workflows.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and mitigation planning skills.

• Ability to coach teams on Agile mindset and practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational, budgeting, and prioritization abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer food industry (especially Supply Chain or Commercial).

• Strong business and technical understanding.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Agile certifications.
