The Digital and Technology team at General Mills stands as the largest and foremost unit, dedicated to exploring the latest trends and innovations in technology while leading the adoption of cutting-edge technologies across the organization. Collaborating closely with global business teams, the focus is on understanding business models and identifying opportunities to leverage technology for increased efficiency and disruption. Purpose of the role
The Digital and Technology team at General Mills India is looking for a passionate Solutions Manager to join the D&T Consumer Insight Team. Reporting to the Sr. D&T Manager in India and collaborating with the Global CI team, this people manager role will bridge business objectives with technological capabilities.
Solutions leader who translates business requirements into technology & process solutions.
This role supports Global Consumer Insights through portfolio management, long range planning, business case development, and team leadership. This individual will also play a pivotal role in the development of a vision and roadmap for the future of consumer takeaway data (syndicated, point of sale sources) in partnership with CMI, SRM, and Sales. The main areas of capability are strategy, technology, data, team leadership and project management.
This role will report through the Commercial Data and Analytics organization. It will interact heavily with CI leadership and support their global needs. A great candidate will have strong learning agility, experience working with and understanding complex data sets, ability to lead and coach a team, and excellent communication skills.
