Summary:
The role involves delivering products across all markets and functions, ensuring end-to-end delivery across a spectrum of capabilities. The position requires participation in multiple working groups, working closely with the market lead to manage a portfolio of complex geographic, functional, process, and system footprints.
Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis:
- Capture current business capability maturity and processes to at least Level 4 (e.g., &ldquoDeliver Order”).
- Define, align, and publish future business capability maturity to meet strategic objectives, including target process flows.
- Anticipate and identify future opportunities, providing external perspectives and provocation.
- Support the application rationalization roadmap.
- Develop robust business cases for strategic prioritization of investments.
- Identify the high-level impact of changes from development or transformation of business capabilities.
- Business Engagement and Value Realisation:
- Build credible relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to understand and work with value streams.
- Strategy and Execution:
- Work closely with functions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with solution teams to deliver the technology roadmap as per commitments.
- Benefits Realisation and Adoption:
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of technology implementations, recommending improvements.
- Monitor adoption of solutions and define interventions where needed.
- Service Operations and Worker Experience:
- Maintain awareness of the operational tech landscape, supporting service and maintenance activities as needed.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency in work processes.
- Coordinate with operational teams for issue resolution.
