D&T Analyst II – Trade, International

Role Overview

We are seeking a D&T Analyst – Trade (International) with strong functional and technical expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM). This role focuses on implementation, enhancement, and support of TPM solutions (e.g., Xtel) and their integration with enterprise systems such as SAP and GCP.

You will act as a key link between business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of trade systems across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

TPM Solution Support & Enhancement

  • Support and enhance TPM tools (e.g., Xtel) across international markets
  • Manage end-to-end support for modules such as Funds, CBP, Event Planning, Accruals, Claims, Settlements, and Reporting
  • Drive functional design, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment of enhancements

Issue Management & Vendor Coordination

  • Own intake, triage, and prioritization of support tickets
  • Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
  • Track SLAs, dependencies, and escalate when required

Testing & Validation

  • Lead UAT and validate fixes/enhancements against business scenarios
  • Ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria before closure

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide timely updates and closure communication to users and stakeholders
  • Maintain knowledge base and documentation for recurring issues

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring issues and drive root-cause resolution
  • Contribute to Agile workstreams (user stories, backlog refinement)

Required Qualifications

  • Full-time graduate from an accredited university (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in TPM/TPO tools (SAP TPM, Kantar Xtel, or similar)
  • Strong experience in implementation and/or application support (L2/L3)
  • Deep understanding of trade processes: CBP, Funds, Pricing, Claims & Settlements
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, MoveIt)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international or multi-market TPM implementations/support
  • Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management / Trade Optimization
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
