ROLE OVERVIEW
Join our Digital & Technology (D&T) team - the engine powering General Mills digital future. As a D&T Analyst II, you'll play a key role in transforming our Supply Chain Data Foundations, working on cutting-edge tech like GCP, Data Analytics, Cloud & Agile delivery.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Accelerate Supply Chain digital transformation by building scalable, high-quality data foundations that deliver real business impact
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build & enhance Supply Chain data foundations on GCP
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Partner with data engineers, architects & analytics teams
Enable new data pipelines & analytics solutions
Follow Agile ways of working
Communicate priorities, timelines & progress clearly
Continuously learn & grow in Data, Analytics & Cloud
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years IT experience with 4+ years in Data Analytics
Bachelor's degree in CS / IS / Engineering (Tier-1 preferred)
Strong SQL skills (Intermediate-Advanced)
Experience in ETL, Data Modeling & Analytics tools
Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment
Positive, proactive, team-first mindset
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
FMCG business & technology exposure
Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA, BW, ETL)
Agile / SCRUM delivery experience
Understanding of GCP Cloud Architecture
Supply Chain data experience
Strong stakeholder & relationship management
High energy, results-driven, self-motivated profile
