Role Overview
The D&T Analyst I – Data Operations will support global digital transformation initiatives through operational governance, resource management, invoicing, reporting, demand planning, and SAP support activities. This individual contributor role requires close collaboration with vendors, finance teams, project stakeholders, and global D&T teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data processing and operational support activities
- Manage vendor onboarding/offboarding and contractor demand positions
- Execute billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and query resolution processes
- Track resource utilization, time reporting, and operational metrics
- Support resource allocation, demand planning, and capacity forecasting
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and governance documentation
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards
- Support SAP maintenance and operational controls
- Drive process improvements and cross-functional coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in global teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience with time tracking tools
- Exposure to workflow visualization or operational reporting tools
