Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager-Quality (Hospitals) at our Chennai location. The D.G.M-Quality will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance programs, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with established healthcare standards. The role entails analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, implementing quality control measures, and liaising with multiple stakeholders to refine operational processes. Excellent communication skills are key to ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and implement improvements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with accreditation requirements, including CAP or similar certifications, is an advantage
  • Proven leadership skills to manage quality initiatives and drive process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in Quality Management are a plus
