Role Mission

The DT Analyst II - Commercial Capabilities supports North America Foodservice applications and drives business value through technology. The role spans the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.

The Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Managers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support North America Foodservice applications and related commercial capabilities.

• Analyze complex business problems and translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in designing, developing, and managing new and existing capabilities, reports, and dashboards.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, differentiate functional vs. technical problems, and resolve production incidents.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including analysts, PMs, Solution Managers, developers, and architects, on business value-driven projects.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, planning, demos, and reviews.

• Partner with NAF and Solution Managers to develop a capabilities roadmap and translate business needs into technology solutions.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across multiple applications and platforms.

• Drive discovery projects, POCs, and experiments in collaboration with Solution Managers and NAF partners.

• Work with a variety of applications and data sources, including Digital Shelf (Profitero, Syndigo), Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar), Marketing Automation (Salesforce Pardot), and Search tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, MOZ).

• Identify process gaps, opportunities for automation, and improvements in day-to-day operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (mandatory).

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years as a Technical Business Analyst.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work across stakeholders and summarize technical/business updates.

• Experience in agile teams and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

• Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing medium projects or contributing to large project deliveries.

• Exposure to Data, Analytics, and Insights teams, with technical proficiency in SQL (mandatory), Salesforce (mandatory), GCP, SAP, Tableau, Business Objects, Tidal, and PIM systems.

• Strong commercial and technical acumen with ability to influence across teams and geographies.

• Ability to create functional specifications, user stories, use cases, business process documentation, and service level agreements.

• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn business and technical domains.

• Understanding of data governance, integration, and quality assurance practices.
