What you'll do
As a Balance Sheet Management Data & Analytics Lead, you will provide leadership and strategic expertise to develop critical data products, applications and analytics for balance sheet management within C&I with consideration for the customer, financial and risk outcomes. You will bring the experience of leading large, complex programmes of work to deliver world class data products with a strong engineering mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. We'll look to you to lead and develop multiple teams, fostering a high-performance culture with strong technical and business expertise.

We're looking for an experienced people manager and data and analytics professional, who can really hit the ground running. You'll need a strong understanding of data engineering, analytics and enterprise architecture with a good knowledge of balance sheet management (or demonstrable experience in understanding complex banking / financial markets use-cases).
You'll be able to draw on your previous leadership experience and use your analytical skills and strong understanding of data and tools to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
