Requires good oral and written communication skill as he is required to coordinate with Marketing, Unit tech. team, Customers-(limited communication), logistics and certainly with the Tonner Chasers in his territory.
Needs to travel extensively to customer site, hence needs to be physically fit and preferably young with progressive mindset.

Compute Skill
Computer Knowledge on MS Tools especially EXCEL/ Advance Excel, PIVOT, VLOOKUP,POWER BI/ POWER POINT etc.
Fair knowledge of ERP/SAP
Analytical Skills for evaluating Bulk data for Tonners tracking and its ageing assessment.
Fair knoweldge of Safety rules and regulation (knowledge of GAS CYLINDER RULE -PESO will be an added advantage).
Person with supply chain background would have an advantage, as he would have the business acumen and know the essence of Turnaround of packaging material impacting the business.
