Cybersecurity Trainee

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IAM Intern to join our IAM team. This internship is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and a keen interest in Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will gain hands-on experience in supporting IAM operations and contributing to real-world security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing user identities and access rights across systems and applications.
• Support IAM operations including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
• Work closely with the security team to maintain access control policies and procedures.
• Document processes and help improve IAM workflows.
• Stay updated with basic IAM and cybersecurity concepts and best practices.

What We&aposre Looking For:

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles (e.g., CIA triad, access controls, authentication methods).
• Familiarity or strong interest in IAM concepts like identity lifecycle, SSO, RBAC, MFA, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of IAM tools like Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms.
• Any certification or course in cybersecurity or IAM (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, etc.).
