Job Title: Head Cybersecurity (Hunter Role)- India

Locations (India Territories):

  • North & East India (Delhi NCR preferred)
  • West & South India (Mumbai/Bengaluru preferred)
  • USA

Experience Level: 10–15 years total experience, with minimum 8 years in cybersecurity sales

Reports To: Chief Alliances & Cybersecurity Business, AIonOS

Work Model: Hybrid or Remote (territory-based)

About The Role

AIonOS is expanding its India cybersecurity and cyber resiliency portfolio and is hiring two high‑impact Cybersecurity Sales Specialists — one for North/East India and one for West/South India.

Role

This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise and mid‑market customers across India. You will drive growth for a suite of cybersecurity, cloud governance, compliance automation, business continuity, and IT resilience solutions, including:

  • AIonOS AI for Cybersecurity & Resiliency Services
  • Protectra Cyber Defense & Managed Detection/Response (MDR/SOC)
  • Cloud Governance, FinOps, SecOps & Compliance Automation Platforms
  • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Automation (DRaaS)
  • AIonOS Proprietary Platforms: UniStack & UniProtect

You will engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, and Compliance Heads across BFSI, IT/ITeS, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecom, Govt/PSU, and Digital‑native enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
  • Own and exceed sales targets across the cybersecurity, cloud security, and IT resilience portfolio.
  • Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline across assigned territory (North/East or West/South).
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Solution Positioning & Deal Leadership
  • Position integrated offerings covering:
    • SOC/MDR, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response
    • Cloud Security, Governance, FinOps, SecOps
    • Identity & Access Management
    • Business Continuity, DR automation & Resilience Orchestration
  • Lead sales for UniStack (cloud governance) and UniProtect (cyber defense).
  • Collaborate with solution architects to design tailored Zero Trust and resilience architectures.
  • Executive Engagement & Consultative Selling
  • Build strong relationships with Indian CXOs and senior security leadership.
  • Translate global frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, RBI/IRDAI/SEBI guidelines, CERT-In controls, Zero Trust) into business value.
  • Conduct workshops, assessments, and executive briefings to shape client strategy.
  • Market Development & Ecosystem Collaboration
  • Develop territory plans, competitive positioning, and account penetration strategies.
  • Engage with Indian channel partners, global/regional system integrators, and hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
  • Represent AIonOS at Indian cybersecurity conferences, industry forums, and partner events.
Required Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of total experience with at least 5+ years in cybersecurity sales in the Indian market.
  • Strong understanding of AI‑driven security and modern cybersecurity ecosystems.
  • Proven experience selling cybersecurity, cloud security, or resilience solutions to enterprise and mid‑market clients.
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • SOC/MDR, Threat Detection, Incident Response
    • Cloud Security, Governance, FinOps, SecOps
    • IAM & Zero Trust
    • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
  • Ability to influence CXO‑level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling cloud governance, compliance automation, DR orchestration, or resilience platforms.
  • Familiarity with Indian cybersecurity compliance standards (CERT-In, RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, SOX).
  • Strong ecosystem knowledge across Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and cybersecurity OEM partners.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSK, or similar.
  • Prior experience in high‑growth cybersecurity or SaaS start‑ups.
