Role Description The Cybersecurity Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving revenue growth across Sequretek's cybersecurity product portfolio. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, delivering product demonstrations, and articulating the value of Sequretek's AI-powered solutions to technical and business stakeholders. The Cybersecurity Sales Manager will build and maintain strong customer relationships, collaborate closely with presales, marketing, and delivery teams, and develop account plans and sales strategies for assigned territories or verticals. Daily activities include pipeline management, forecasting, responding to RFPs/RFIs, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to implementation. The role also requires staying updated on cybersecurity trends and competitor offerings to position Sequretek effectively in the market.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience, between 3-7 years, in B2B technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and solutions (e.g., XDR, SIEM, identity security, threat exposure management, cloud security) and the ability to translate technical features into business outcomes.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C-level, security, and IT decision-makers.
- Solid communication and presentation capabilities, including delivering product demos, sales pitches, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in pipeline management, CRM tools, and sales forecasting, with structured approach to territory planning and account management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including presales, marketing, product, and customer success, to drive opportunities to closure.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business education is an advantage
