About Symosis Security

Symosis Security is a Cyber AI Engineering firm that builds custom cybersecurity and AI security capabilities directly in client environments.

We do not sell platforms—we engineer solutions on top of existing stacks (SIEM, cloud, SaaS, identity, data).

We work with enterprise and public-sector clients across AI security, cloud/SaaS security, penetration testing, and risk & compliance.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales & GTM Associate to drive pipeline generation, outbound prospecting, and RFP tracking.

You will:

* Run targeted outbound campaigns (Apollo + LinkedIn)

* Build pipeline and book meetings

* Track RFP opportunities

* Support proposals and sales execution

This role supports leadership—you are not expected to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Pipeline (Apollo + LinkedIn)

* Build target account lists

* Identify decision-makers (CISO, Security, IT leaders)

* Execute multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn)

* Write clear, relevant outreach (no generic messaging)

* Book qualified meetings

RFP Tracking

* Monitor SAM.gov, state portals, GovWin

* Identify relevant opportunities

* Support initial response drafting

Sales Support

* Maintain CRM (HubSpot preferred)

* Manage follow-ups and pipeline tracking

* Support proposals and meeting prep

Requirements

* 4–8 years in:

  * Cybersecurity / IT services sales, OR

  * B2B outbound / business development

* Experience with:

  * Apollo.io (or similar)

  * LinkedIn outreach + email sequencing

  * CRM tools

* Strong research, targeting, and writing skills

* Highly execution-focused

Nice to Have

* Public sector / RFP experience

* Exposure to cybersecurity domains

Success Metrics (First 90 Days)

* Launch outbound campaigns (Apollo + LinkedIn)

* Book 5–10 qualified meetings/month

* Track RFP opportunities

* Support active deals and proposals

Compensation

* Base: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,50,000/month

* Performance incentives (meetings, pipeline, deals)

Structure:

* 6-month contract

* Potential full-time conversion based on performance

* No benefits during contract period
