Job Description

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1.Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing project activities to ensure timely completion and delivery.

2.Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of meeting minutes.

3.Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and budget tracking.

4.Track project milestones and deliverables, and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.

5.Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and risks, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

6.Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project resources and deliverables.

7.Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.

8.Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

9.Conduct research and gather information to support project activities and decision-making.

10.Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful execution of projects.

Required Technical Skill Set:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in a project support role or similar administrative position preferred.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5):

  1. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  3. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

4. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

5. Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.

Good-to-Have:

  • PMP/Prince2 external certification.
