Job Description:

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the implementation of open requirements until on-time closure

  • Understand clearly the Cybersecurity requirements, with their scope of application, and associated roles and responsibilities within BNPP WM organization
  • Identify stakeholders, operational teams, SMEs and decision makers
  • Perform a gap analysis of the actual BNPP WM implementation level against the requirements
  • Collect evidence artefacts when a requirement is considered already implemented
  • When gaps are identified, develop and coordinate a project plan to implement security measures, policies and procedures
  • Make sure the compliance with any local regulatory, when they have more-stringent requirements
  • Identify the impact of the project plan to anticipate and assist with necessary changes
  • Ensure a transition to run phase before project plan completion, with necessary documentation and training of operational teams

Manage risks when requirements cannot be implemented on time

  • Assess security risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Evaluate technologies, tools and solutions
  • Contribute to the design and integration of adopted security solutions
  • Follow-up the implementation and the operational effectiveness of the adopted solutions

Maintain the requirement closure process within the IT Governance Risk and Compliance (IT GRC) platform

  • For each open requirement, prepare a closure package with all gathered evidence artefacts and produce a cover letter summarizing how BNPP WM complies with the requirement
  • Submit each closure package with its cover letter into the IT GRC platform, where Group Cyberprogram team will review it
  • Assist the Group Cyberprogram team should they have any questions or additional request until they validate the requirement implementation

Ensure documentation, reporting and governance with relevant stakeholders

  • Document the project (project plans, specifications, operational procedures and policy-level procedures)
  • Provide regular reports & dashboard to stakeholders and senior management on the progress of the project
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project

Contributing Responsibilities

Contribute to the preparation of compliance reports for internal audits and regulatory inspections

Contribute to Group requests when asking for review of requirements on new cybersecurity domains

Take part in awareness and training activities

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Knowledge of regulations, frameworks, standards, policies and procedures related to cybersecurity (e.g. NIST CSF, ISO 2700x) Deep knowledge

Ability to implement a cybersecurity strategy within the organization Good

Have good knowledge in one or more cybersecurity domain (e.g. Application security or Data Security) Good

Understand key principles of several cybersecurity domains (e.g. network security, vulnerability management) and know how to interact with Subject Matter Experts Understand key principles

Project management practices, as well as reporting, tooling (Sharepoint, Planner, Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Confluence, Jira) Deep knowledge

IT Risk Assessment and Management Good

Essential Personal Skills

Communication skills – Ability to interact throughout oral and written communication skills in English Deep Knowledge

Ability to provide an accurate reporting to the Management Deep Knowledge

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Deep Knowledge

Must demonstrate ethical responsibility, maturity, and discretion Deep Knowledge

Specific Qualifications:

5-10 years experience in Cybersecurity projects or IT projects, with effective experience in designing, building, and/or deploying cybersecurity solutions.

Functional as well as technical knowledge of common IT architecture and Cybersecurity frameworks and solutions

Knowledge of Norms and Standards in the banking and cybersecurity industry
