Support and drive cybersecurity initiatives, including regulatory fit-gap assessments, privileged access management enhancements, and network segmentation improvements.
The role will be responsible for project governance, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, risk management, and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
Manage and track cybersecurity projects and initiatives across the organization.
Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Coordinate with Cybersecurity, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis against regulatory and security requirements and track remediation plans.
Drive cybersecurity initiatives to strengthen security controls and regulatory compliance.
Support and improve privileged ID onboarding workflows, including CyberArk, SailPoint, and Splunk integrations.
Collaborate with technology and security teams to improve network segmentation and security architecture.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Track project budgets, vendor performance, and resource utilization.
Requirements:
Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management, or Program Management.
Experience in cybersecurity, technology, or banking-related projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against regulatory, compliance, and security requirements.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in banking or financial services environments.
Good understanding of cybersecurity domains such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), SOC, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management.
Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, and other cybersecurity platforms.
Knowledge of network security and network segmentation and access control frameworks.
Experience supporting cybersecurity transformation and governance initiatives within banking or financial services.
