Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Enterprise Sales Manager to join Fluidech, an Esconet Group company, based in Gurugram.

Fluidech is a cybersecurity-first technology consulting and managed services company, helping enterprises build, secure and optimize their digital environments. Its capabilities span Cybersecurity, Cloud & Infrastructure, DevOps and Managed Services, with solutions covering security consulting, managed security services, SOC/SOCaaS, GRC and compliance, cloud security and other enterprise security requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B direct sales in the domestic Indian market, with strong experience in selling Cybersecurity solutions and Managed Security Services to Enterprise and Mid-Market customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end direct sales of Cybersecurity solutions and Managed Security Services across Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
• Develop new business through prospecting, hunting, account mapping and relationship building with target customers.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads and Security decision-makers to understand business and security requirements.
• Lead consultative solution selling by working with technical and delivery teams to develop appropriate customer solutions.
• Build, manage and convert a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasts.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Own quarterly and annual revenue targets and the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Work with technology partners/OEMs and internal teams to develop and position integrated solutions where required.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales within Cybersecurity, Network Security and/or Managed Security Services.
• Strong domestic India enterprise sales experience, with an established network across Enterprise and Mid-Market customers.
• Proven hunter profile with demonstrated success in new business acquisition and direct customer engagement.
• Strong experience in selling Cybersecurity Managed Services / MSSP offerings will be preferred.
• Good understanding and sales exposure across SOC / SOCaaS, SIEM / XDR / EDR, Managed Security Services, GRC & Compliance, VAPT / Red Team, Cloud Security, SASE / Zero Trust, OT / ICS Security, DLP / Data Security, PAM / IAM and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements including DPDPA, ISO 27001, NCIIPC and SEBI cybersecurity requirements.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with CXO and senior IT/Security stakeholders.
• Willingness to work from Gurugram and travel locally/domestically as required.
  
  

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from Cybersecurity MSSPs, Security Service Providers, Cybersecurity Consulting firms, IT Managed Services companies or technology solution providers with strong enterprise direct-sales experience will be preferred.
