Cybersecurity Engineer – AI Training & Evaluation

Role Overview

• Contribute to LLM training and evaluation workflows by reviewing cybersecurity scenarios, technical questions, and AI-generated responses.
• Assess model outputs for security accuracy, threat awareness, technical correctness, and adherence to security best practices.
• Create and review security prompts, attack scenarios, incident-response tasks, reference answers, and evaluation criteria.
• Provide expert feedback to improve LLM cybersecurity reasoning, vulnerability analysis, and secure coding capabilities.

Key Requirements

• 3–8 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of network security, application security, vulnerability assessment, incident response, cloud security, and security fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, networking, security tools, scripting, penetration testing, or security monitoring.
• Experience with or strong interest in LLM security, AI evaluation, prompt engineering, AI-assisted cybersecurity, or AI training workflows.
