We are looking for a dynamic Cybersecurity Business Development Manager to drive growth for our cybersecurity and compliance consulting services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and positioning Azpirantz consulting solutions across information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify client needs related to information security, cybersecurity risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Present Azpirantz consulting services such as ISO 27001 / ISMS implementation, NIST framework consulting, SOC 2 readiness, PCI-DSS compliance, and cybersecurity risk assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Work closely with internal consulting teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B IT services or cybersecurity consulting sales.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close enterprise deals.
- Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
