About The Job:
- We're looking for a skilled and proactive cybersecurity analyst to join our team at Level 2.
- This role is ideal for someone who already has solid experience working with enterprise-grade security tools and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
- You'll be part of a collaborative team that values flexibility, initiative, and a strong security mindset. Whether it's responding to alerts, supporting projects, or helping remediate vulnerabilities your contribution will be key to keeping our environment secure..
Essential Job Functions:
- Keep an eye on MDR alerts, investigate suspicious activity, and escalate when needed.
- Handle incoming security tickets whether it's unblocking a URL or resolving a user issue, you'll be the go-to person.
- Support ongoing security projects from planning and testing to deployment.
- Help identify and fix vulnerabilities flagged by our scanning tools, and coordinate with other teams when needed.
- Jump into incident response and threat hunting when the situation calls for it.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to regular security reporting.
- Be open to working rotational shifts to ensure coverage across time zones
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Solid experience with CrowdStrike (EDR) and Qualys (vulnerability management).
- Email security (Preferably Proofpoint, Abnormal AI Or Similar Technology)
- Solid understanding of cloud security concepts.
- Good understanding of networking fundamental.
Nice-to-Have :
- CyberArk - Privileged access management
- Palo Alto XDR, Expel, Axonius - Threat detection and asset visibility
- SIEM platforms and log analysis tools
Optional:
- A strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and how they apply in real-world scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade security tools.
- Clear communication, solid documentation habits, and a team-first attitude.
- Willingness to take on any task big or small to help the team succeed.
