We are establishing ADB SAFEGATE LABS in Hyderabad, our newest extension of global engineering capabilities. The Labs focus on building and evolving digital platforms, data-driven services, and AI-enabled solutions that support airport operations across Airfield, Apron, Tower, and Weather domains.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our Business lines cybersecurity team to define and implement security standards across ADB SAFEGATE's global airport solutions. You'll work at the intersection of critical infrastructure, IoT security, and aviation technologyprotecting systems that keep airports operating safely 24/7.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Security assessment and requirement compliance verification of our products and solutions against cyber-threats
- Support pre-sales as subject matter expert for tenders and customer meetings
- Establish and execute penetration testing processes for applications and infrastructure; drive implementation of findings
- Define, implement, and maintain security strategies, policies, and standards aligned with industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443)
- Integrate security practices into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) working closely with agile development teams
- Collaborate with solution delivery teams internally and customer IT departments externally
- Recommend and support Business Lines with the selection and implementation of appropriate tools and counter measures
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends specific to aviation and critical infrastructure
We're Looking for Someone With:
- 4+ years of proven experience in information security, application security, or cybersecurity engineering
- Deep understanding of software security requirements and secure architecture design including:
- PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
- HTTPS, TLS, SSL protocols
- Authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, MFA)
- Secure coding practices and code review
- Strong IT skills including knowledge on hardware, software, networks
- Experience with security assessment tools (SAST/DAST, vulnerability scanners, SIEM)
- Demonstrated ability to self-educate on the ever-changing landscape of system vulnerabilities and exploits
- Excellent technical documentation and report writing skills in English
- Strong presentation skills to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences (management, suppliers, customers)
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar or related role
- Security Certifications (CISSP/CISA/CEH)
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD security integration
- Project management (Prince2 certification is a plus)
Education:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information security, Cyber security, or related field
- Advanced degree (M.Tech/MS) is a plus
