- In-depth understanding of CyberArk architecture, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and PSMP
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems and diagnosing CyberArk connectivity and LDAP/SAML authentication issues
- Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting Cyberark platform technical issues
- Knowledge on Active Directory, LDAP Integration
- Should have in-depth knowledge of cyberark component upgrades , including planning, execution ,validation and rollback of Vault, PVWA,CPM,PSM and PSM
Expertise in log analysis, Splunk queries, PowerShell scripting, and platform configuration tuning.
