Job Description CyberArk PAM Administrator

Work experience required: 7+ years

Location : Navi Mumbai OR Chennai

Role Summary

The CyberArk PAM Administrator is responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting CyberArk Privileged Access Management infrastructure. The role includes platform operations, password management, compliance reporting, disaster recovery support, and incident handling to ensure secure privileged access across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of CyberArk architecture and components.
• Strong knowledge on Implementation of Cyberark components.
• Manage CyberArk services including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA, and EPM.
• Provide PVWA functionality briefings to stakeholders.
• Perform daily health checks on all CyberArk servers.
• Identify active and passive servers in CyberArk HA/DR architecture.
• Manage PAM, PSM, and CPM servers.
• Troubleshoot CyberArk component failures and service issues.
• Handle DR failover and fallback at a high level.
• Connect failed components to DR servers during outages.
• Knowledge on CyberArk utilities for synchronization between primary and DR environments.
• Handle scenarios where CPM is disconnected and re-establish connectivity.
• Generate compliance and audit reports in CyberArk.
• Troubleshoot large-scale password management issues.
• Resolve CPM failures and password rotation-related issues.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk components.
• Strong knowledge of Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA.
• Experience with HA and DR configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Understanding of privileged access security best practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Perl, Python, PowerShell, and administrative scripting.
