Job Summary

We are looking for a CyberArk Engineer who has hands-on experience managing CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM). The person will be responsible for managing privileged accounts, passwords, user access, and secure sessions using CyberArk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the CyberArk PAM environment.
• Add/onboard privileged accounts into CyberArk.
• Create and manage CyberArk Safes.
• Manage user access and permissions.
• Configure and manage password rotation and password policies.
• Work with CyberArk components such as:
• PVWA
• CPM
• PSM
• Digital Vault
• Troubleshoot CyberArk issues related to accounts, passwords, access, and sessions.
• Manage and monitor privileged user sessions through PSM.
• Configure CyberArk to work with Active Directory/LDAP and other authentication systems.
• Support CyberArk integrations with security and monitoring tools.
• Perform CyberArk upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Create documentation for CyberArk configurations and processes.
• Work with infrastructure, application, IAM, and security teams.
• Use PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs for automation when required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of CyberArk experience.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM/PAS.
• Good experience with PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Vault.
• Experience onboarding and managing privileged accounts.
• Experience creating and managing Safes.
• Experience with password rotation and reconciliation.
• Experience with PSM and session management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of IAM, PAM, RBAC, and least privilege.
• Basic experience with PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs is preferred.

Preferred

• CyberArk Defender/Sentry certification.
• Experience with CyberArk Conjur.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with CyberArk upgrades and migrations.
