Required Technical Skill Set:
- Proven experience as a Cyber Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory
- Experience in mapping business requirements to technical solutions
- Ability to design secure identity flow patterns
- Strong documentation skills (runbooks, onboarding docs, process flows)
Desired Competencies
Must-Have:
- Experience working with technical leads to align cyber tooling with business and IT standards
- Ability to interpret and apply IT security policies and standards
- Understanding of security risks and implementation of mitigating controls
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with international teams and gathering cross-functional requirements
- Familiarity with audit processes and translating findings into actionable requirements
- Project coordination experience, working closely with PMs to meet delivery timelines
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
