Position Overview

The Cyber Threat Management Specialist is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber security threats and vulnerabilities across enterprise systems. This role involves proactive threat assessment, ethical hacking, security monitoring, incident response, and the development of robust security controls to protect organizational assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments using attack analysis, threat modeling, and probability-based risk evaluation.
  • Analyze global threat intelligence to identify patterns and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor security threats and operational performance using enterprise security tools.
  • Maintain and enhance security controls and automate system health checks.
  • Define scope and execute penetration testing and ethical hacking activities.
  • Document findings and recommend remediation measures.
  • Triage security events, escalations, and incidents, coordinating response activities for cyber and insider threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement multi-factor authentication, access solutions, and automated security scans.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate encryption standards, procedures, and guidelines across platforms.
  • Conduct security awareness and training programs to communicate risks and promote effective security controls.

Endpoint & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Engineer enhanced compliance configurations including device posture rules and hardening baselines.
  • Support remediation strategies for non-compliant and legacy devices.
  • Configure and support Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) policies and workflows.
  • Deploy and support Remote Help configurations and onboarding.
  • Implement mobile security solutions for corporate iOS and Android devices.
  • Collaborate with network teams on device validation, authentication, and compliance expansion.
  • Contribute to security assessments and track remediation actions.

  • Ability to improve security posture visibility and automate compliance processes.
