Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats that could impact our organization. You will work closely with various cybersecurity teams to develop strategic responses to potential threats and enhance our overall security posture.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze threat intelligence data from various sources including open-source intelligence, dark web, and internal systems.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities to the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on threat intelligence findings for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other cybersecurity teams to develop and implement effective security measures based on threat intelligence.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Support incident response efforts by providing timely and accurate threat intelligence.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in threat intelligence analysis or related cybersecurity role.
- Strong understanding of cyber threat landscapes and attack vectors.
- Proficiency in using threat intelligence platforms and tools such as MISP, STIX/TAXII, or equivalent.
- Experience with SIEM tools and incident response processes.
- Familiarity with malware analysis and reverse engineering techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
